Three days of training, skills, and personal growth in Castiglione delle Stiviere.
The seminar is aimed at youth aged between 15 and 17 and takes place over three days. The rich and structured program begins with an introspective experience during a visit to the Labirinto della Masone in Fontanellato, in the province of Parma—an activity intended as preparatory for the training sessions of the following days.
Over the three days, in addition to the Rotary trainers, professionals from every field—sports, music, and medicine—are available to the youths. Through their own human and professional experiences, they guide them to discover the potential, interests, talents, and skills necessary for self-leadership.
Much attention is dedicated to Problem-solving methods
and in particular to the Hackathon, which helps guide young people toward acquiring skills. An Hackathon is intensive teamwork focused on one or more real challenges: ideas, method, and presentation. There is no preset time; they work until the solution is reached. This method requires a psychological commitment that, for conscious assimilation, ranges from a minimum of 8 hours to a maximum of 24.
The following clubs contribute to the success of this service project: Mantova, Mantova Sud, Castiglione delle Stiviere, Nuvolari, Postumia, Gonzaga-Suzzara, San Giorgio, e-club Agape Universale, Andes Virgilio, and Curtatone.
